The specific scope of Services for each client will be detailed in a separate, written proposal or contract ("Project Agreement"), which will incorporate these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Project Agreement, the terms of the Project Agreement shall prevail for that specific project. Our Services are provided with the utmost care and professionalism, aiming to transform your outdoor space into a thriving, beautiful, and sustainable sanctuary.

We continuously strive to innovate and expand our service offerings. Any new features or services introduced to the Site will also be subject to these Terms. While we endeavor to provide accurate descriptions of our Services, slight variations may occur due to the dynamic nature of horticultural and landscape work, and the specific conditions of each project site. 3. User Obligations and Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe that your conduct violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or Grow Garden Green.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum.

9. Termination

Outstanding Payments: Termination of Services does not relieve you of any obligation to pay outstanding fees for Services rendered prior to the effective date of termination.

In such an event, Grow Garden Green's obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
